The Hunger Games

Lionsgate has recently released The Hunger Games into theathers. The new movie has been a box office hit, and was an amazing movie. This movie was based off the book by Suzanne Collins. This book series consists of three amazing books all of which i have read. There is the Hunger Games- the movie was released March 23, Catching Fire-movie going to be released November 22,2013, and Mockingjay which is rumored to be released late 2014 into 2 parts. The actors in the movie were amazing and it followed the book extremly well. The main two characters, Peeta Meelark and Katniss Everdeen were played by Josh Hutcherson and Jennifer Lawrence. This movie was a nail biter down to the very last second. I highly recomend reading the book before seeing the movie because you'll get a lot more out of the it. There are a couple intense moments in the movie but it makes it even better. The Hunger Games is rated PG-13 for intense violent theamatic material and disturbing images- all involving teens. I highly reccomend going to see the Hunger Games, you won't regret it. Enjoy!
